Returns and Exchanges

At SHUKR, we want to make your exchange or refund as easy as possible. Make your return or exchange from the comfort of your home! We'll send you a pre-paid DHL return label. Simply print it out and our DHL driver will pick up your return from your home or place of work. Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of placing the order for a full refund.

Please note that Austrian, German and Swiss returns will be charged a shipping fee of $19.95 for the first item, plus and an additional fee of $9.95 per additional item.

How to Submit a Return

If You Have a Customer Account:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Once you're logged in, click on "My Returns" on the left of the screen.

  3. To proceed with your return, click on the "Request New Return" button on the "My Returns" page.

  4. Select the item(s) you would like to return and click on the "Next Step" button.

  5. Please specify the reason for the return and the condition of the return for each item. At this time you can also add additional information related to your return request, and may also upload files such as pictures.

  6. Click "Submit Request". Our Customer Service team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 business hours.

Please note that you may view the status of your returns at any time by logging into your account and viewing the "My Returns" section. There, you will find a table with all the submitted return requests followed by their status.

If You Do Not Have a Customer Account:

  2. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing the order and click next.

  3. To proceed with your return, click on the "Request New Return" button.

  4. Select the item(s) you would like to return and click on the "Next Step" button.

  5. Please specify the reason for the return and the condition of the return for each item. At this time you can also add additional information related to your return request, and may also upload files such as pictures.

  6. Click "Submit Request". Our Customer Service team will review your request and contact you within 24-48 business hours.

Conditions for Returns

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. The cost of returning the unwanted item is paid for by the customer, and the below criteria must be met:

  • Item is not worn outside of the house
  • Item is in its original new condition
  • Item has not been washed
  • Item is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
  • Item is mailed within 30 days from the date of purchase

We reserve the option not to refund items that do not meet our conditions for return.

When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and try it on to check the fit. Only when you are completely satisfied with the product and intend to keep it should you wear the garment outside or wash it. Unwanted items should be returned in the same condition and packaging that they were purchased in.

In order to avoid returns, please check your size carefully using our Size Chart, which explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for your general body measurements. You can also check the Garment Measurements charts for each specific item on our product pages.

Refunds

Should you prefer to receive a refund, we will happily comply with your request provided you meet the return criteria listed above.

Refunds will be given via your original mode of payment.

Please note that the cost to return your item will be deducted from your refund total once your return is processed.

Cancellation of Order

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment used. Please follow our returns process and allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be complete.

Exchanges and Store Credit

If you want to exchange your unwanted item, you can always opt for store credit. Benefits include:

Return Shipping Cost is Waived

If you choose the store credit option then we will not charge you for the shipping cost of the return. However, if you change your mind and ask for a refund within 6 months of issuing your store credit then the return shipping cost, which was waived when you opted for store credit, will be deducted from your refund total. Store credit cannot be refunded after 6 months.

Your price is guaranteed for even exchanges

In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after purchasing, you are still eligible to exchange your item for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase. This applies to even exchanges only.

You can use it with other offers

Your store credit is the same as cash. You can use the credit in conjunction with our other special offers like FREE shipping and any other special discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.
